A campaign has been set-up by the friends of a 25- year-old man who went missing on a golfing trip in October to try to discover what happened to him. James Nutley from Caldicot in Monmouthshire was last seen in Tenby at around 11 pm on October 24. An extensive search uncovered some of his belongings on a beach in the town, but no trace of him has been found. Frustrated at his mysterious disappearance, his friends have launched an appeal for information. Mr. Nutley was one of about 20 people on an annual golf trip to Tenby, and was last seen walking back to the hotel he was staying in. He had arrived in the town on an annual golf tour between 5 and 5.30 pm on the day he disappeared, before going to some local bars for drinks. He had been with friends in the Lifeboat Tavern in Tudor Square, the Three Mariners in St. George Street and then the Prince of Wales in Upper Frog Street before he left alone at around 11 pm. When he did not return to the hotel, his friends raised the alarm and a police search was launched. But nine months after his disappearance, there are still no clues as to what happened to James. Friends of Mr Nutley have now set up a website in the hope that someone will be able to shed some light on what happened to James on that October night. The friends are going to hold a golf tournament to raise money to help raise money for the campaign. They also hope to put his picture on milk cartons and on the back of lorries to try and jog people's memories. Mr. Nutley is described as being six-feet two- inches tall, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a white top with blue sleeves and blue jeans.
