Independent estate agents, FBM have been nominated for a prestigious national award. FBM have been placed on the shortlist of four agencies, who are in the running for The Cartus Cup awarded by Home Sale Network, the national network of independent estate agents. The winner will be announced at the 13th annual Home Sale Network Conference, Europe's largest estate agency event, at The Celtic Manor Resort, on Friday, November 10. The Cartus Cup is much sought after and we will be waiting in anticipation for the results." Celebrated impersonator Alistair McGowan, best known for Alistair McGowan's Big Impression TV show will be presenting The Cartus Cup to the winner at a dazzling black tie awards dinner. The Cartus Cup is awarded to the Home Sale Network member that has achieved the most outstanding results throughout 2006, and whom the Network considers to be its 'Estate Agent of the Year'. In selecting nominees for this award, every part of the service offered from marketing to customer care, professionalism to experience and reputation to commitment is judged and analysed in detail to determine which of the approaching 750 Home Sale Network members is deemed its most successful agent. Home Sale Network's managing director, Richard Tucker commented: "All Home Sale Network members are handpicked following stringent research before they are invited to join Home Sale Network.
