ON Tuesday, April 14, Films4Tenby is screening ‘The Life of Chuck’ (Cert 15) – a sweet and buoyant fantasy drama based on the Stephen King 2020 novella (but fear not, this is not a horror movie).
Screening downstairs in the De Valence Pavilion’s main hall, the film celebrates the life of Charles “Chuck” Krantz, as he experiences the wonder of love, the heartbreak of loss and the multitudes contained in all of us.
Doors open at 6.30pm and the film will start at 7pm
The film stars Tom Hiddlestone, Karen Gillan, Mia Sara and Mark Hamill; it won the People’s Choice award at the Toronto Film Festival and was named Best Movie of the Year by The Boston Globe, USA Today and The Washington Post.
Admission is £5 on the evening, £4 for Films4Tenby members, or £10 for a family of four. The Fuchsia Café offers a two-course pre-screening meal which can be booked this directly with the café.
