AT Amroth Parish Hall next Friday, August 14, Summerhill Film Night presents ‘Good Fortune’ (15), a comedy fantasy starring Keanu Reeves, Seth Rogen, Keke Palmer, Sandra Oh and director Aziz Ansari.

With free admission (donations appreciated) and tea and coffee available before the showing, doors open at 7pm for a 7.30 start.

The film follows a well-meaning but rather inept angel named Gabriel, who meddles in the lives of a struggling gig worker and a wealthy venture capitalist.

Summerhill Film Night is coordinated by Amroth Community Council and Amroth and District Community Association.

There are no showings planned for September. Instead, Film Night will return a fortnight later, on August 28, with MadFabulous (12), a riotous, uncompromising celebration of otherness inspired by the life of Henry Cyril Paget, 5th Marquess of Anglesey.
