TENBY film club Films4Tenby will be showing ‘Song Sung Blue’ (2025, cert 12A) on Tuesday, August 11 at 7pm in the De Valence Pavilion.

In the film, two down-on-their-luck performers form a Neil Diamond tribute band, proving it’s never too late to find love and follow your dreams.

Hugh Jackman and Kate Hudson star as we follow their lives from their first meeting through early success and romance until multiple tragedies affect their future.

The soundtrack features many of Diamond’s most popular songs. Hudson’s performance earned her the Icon Award at the Palm Springs Film Festival and she was also nominated for a Golden Globe, Oscar and BAFTA. The film was also rated in the Top Ten Films of 2025 by the Phoenix Critics Society and won the Spotlight Director award at the Savannah Film Festival.

Admission is £5 on the evening, £4 for members, £10 for a family of four.
