SPAN Arts and Menter Iaith Sir Benfro are delighted to announce the return of their much-loved annual Advent Concert in the renowned Pisgah Chapel, Llandisillio, on Sunday, November 29, 2026.

This concert promises a glorious Welsh-language musical treat and warmly welcomes Welsh speakers, learners and non-speakers alike to enjoy this magical Welsh language event.

It celebrates the best of locally grown Welsh Language artists and is a true marker that the Festive countdown is underway in Pembrokeshire.

The concert will feature bass-baritone vocalist Caleb Nicholas. Caleb is a singer and doctor based in Cardiff but originally from Efailwen, Pembrokeshire. A rising talent on the Welsh music scene, Caleb won the prestigious Osborne Roberts Blue Riband Scholarship at the 2025 National Eisteddfod after taking first place in the under-25 bass-baritone competition. He returned for a very successful 2026 National Eisteddfod, where he was delighted to win the David Ellis Award on his home turf.

SPAN Arts are also thrilled to be joined by Côr Crymych a’r Cylch with their musical director Catrin Davies, and their accompanist Elin Ennis. This mixed choir was founded in the early 1950s and has had many notable successes over the years, including winning in the National Eisteddfod several times. The choir has performed in concerts throughout Wales and beyond, recently competing and performing at this year’s Eisteddfod yr Carreg Glas, Sir Benfro.

Doors open at 4.30pm for 5pm. Tickets are available on the door, but advance booking is strongly recommended as this event is expected to sell out.

Accessible seating is available downstairs in the chapel; please get in touch with [email protected] to discuss accessibility and reserve an accessible seat. Free carers’ tickets are also available.
