Dharmavajra Kadampa Buddhist Centre will be holding weekly drop-in classes at The ECCO Trust (next to the train station), 4-6 Tindle Centre, Clement Terrace, Warren Street, Tenby.
The classes will be held from February 3 until March 24, between 7 and 8.30 pm on Tuesday evenings.
All sessions will be self-contained and the content will be suitable for both beginners and more experienced practitioners, providing the perfect opportunity to receive guidance from an experienced meditation practitioner within a structured setting.
The facility fee for each session is £5 (charity number: 1039234), with no need to book in advance.
