Mrs. Carol Ansell welcomed the many visitors from several parts of the country on entering the church. Information regarding the activities of the fellowship was given by a member of the leadership team, Mrs. Phyllis Duffett. Congregational worship, led by Mr. Keith Evans on the keyboard and Mr. Kevin Adams on the guitar, together with the worship group, was lively and uplifting. Prayers were offered by several people present in the church, it being led by Mr. Bryn Rees. The sermon was given by Mr. Colin Evans from Pembroke, who took as his theme some words from Paul's letter to the people in church in Corinth, which would equally apply to us today. "You show you are a letter from Christ... written not with ink, but with the spirit of the living God." Colin emphasised that the lives of Christians are to be judged not by what is written or said about them, but by their actual deeds and character.   On Tuesday, August 28, the last table-top sale for the season will be held in Saundersfoot's open-air market from 10 am onwards. All proceeds to be given to Tearfund and a Ugandan orphanage.
