Sir, Every year I look forward to the days when the posies and larger flower displays are in position at St. Mary's. At the same time I give thanks for the dedication and hard work of the ladies who organise and do the hard work involved. So would like to say to them all that there is no limit to my appreciation. It is always in my mind that this dedication is something that I haven't been able to help, and will never be able to get to St. Mary's on these wonderful days. Through all my years I have watched and seen the events relating to Tenby and its various churches and chapels. I was conscripted into some of their work by my mother and, when not in school, had the task of working hard with my toothbrush getting the Brasso out of all the edges of the very many feathers on the eagle in St. Mary's. May all the ladies stay in good health and heart. With so wonderful ladies our thoughts can only be worthwhile.
Ivor Jenkins,
Poynton, Cheshire.
