A ST FLORENCE man has appeared in court after breaching a restraining order.
Christopher Marsh, of Grove Court, St Florence, near Tenby, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 20 for sentencing.
On July 30 at Skrinkle Haven near Manorbier, the 50-year-old had approached a person whom he was prohibited from meeting by the order imposed by Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on July 23.
Taking into account his guilty plea, the court imposed a community order on Marsh, with electronic monitoring (including the instruction to remain at home between 5pm and midnight on August 22 for the tag to be fitted. The community order incorporates a 26-day building choices programme and up to 20 days’ rehabilitation activity.
Costs totalled £85.
