A PEMBROKE man has been fined over £1,000 and given a community order for harassment without violence.

Marcus Llewellyn, of Devon Drive, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 5 for sentencing, having entered a guilty plea on January 14.

Between November 19 and 21 at Pembroke Dock, the 30-year-old had pursued a course of conduct towards a female victim which ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her, in that he persistently contacted her by various means.

The prosecutor read the victim personal statement.

The community order, which ends on August 4, 2027, includes rehabilitation activity and a restraining order. Llewellyn pays a total of £1,350, which includes costs of £200 and a £114 surcharge.
