A MILFORD Haven man has been given a five-year sexual harm prevention order for possession of an indecent image of a child.
Brian Underwood, of Howarth Close, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 18, pleaded guilty to possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child.
The 36-year-old was fined £180 and deprived of his iPhone 11. He was also given a community order, in force until August 17, 2028, including up to 20 days’ activity as required, and is required to register with the police for five years.
The sexual harm prevention order carries various prohibitions relating to internet access and computer device monitoring.
Costs to Crown Prosecution Service amounted to £85, plus a surcharge of £114.
