A MAN has been jailed for six weeks after entering a property in Milford Haven in defiance of a court order.

Joel Young, of no fixed abode, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Monday, July 27 and pleaded guilty to the breach.

Two days earlier (July 25), the 38-year-old had breached a domestic violence protection order imposed by Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on July 15 and a complaint was made for him to be liable for a penalty.

Young was committed to prison for six week. The offence was the second breach of a court order, and so soon after it was made, indicating a “complete disregard” of court orders.

Court costs of £292 are to be paid by September 14.
