A MAN who admitted two drug-driving offences, one of them at Pembroke Dock last December, has been banned for 12 months and fined £233.

Doel Lyons, of Longfield House, Wolverhampton, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 23.

The 32-year-old pleaded guilty to two charges of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a controlled drug above the specified limit.

The first of these was on December 22, 2025 on the A477 Cleddau Bridge at Pembroke Dock, registering 7ug/L of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol; the second was at Tithe Croft, Wolverhampton on March 30, 2026, when Cannabis in his blood exceeded the limit.

Drug driving carries an obligatory disqualification.

In addition to the fine, Lyons pays £85 costs.
