A PEMBROKESHIRE man accused of rape has been sent to Crown Court on conditional bail.

Jamie Sable, of Midland Lane, Letterston, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 28.

The 43-year-old is accused of intentionally raping a woman 16 years of age or over at a Haverfordwest address between December 1, 2024 and January 6, 2025.

The complainant’s anonymity is protected by virtue of Section 1 of the Sexual Offences Amendment Act 1992.

No plea has been entered at this stage, and Sable was bailed to appear at Swansea Crown Court at 9am on August 28 for a plea and trial preparation. Bail conditions require him not to contact the complainant directly or indirectly.
