Christians around the world need prayers and support more than ever as persecution reaches record levels. According to Open Doors’ 2026 World Watch List, the number of Christians facing high levels of persecution and discrimination has risen to approximately 388 million.
Meeting at Pembroke Dock or Pembroke, PPSC is always held on the last Tuesday evening of the month, except for December, to raise awareness, encourage in practical ways and pray. Local churches are encouraged to allow for PPSC when planning their timetables. Where a regular Tuesday evening is held, leaders are urged to consider scheduling breaks to enable groups to join in this important prayer initiative 11 times a year.
