PEMBROKE Mayor and County Councillor Jonathan Grimes was delighted to attend the Pembrokeshire Classic Car Club Car Show held on May 13 at The Commons in Pembroke.
“It was wonderful to meet so many passionate enthusiasts who dedicate so much time, care, and investment into restoring and preserving their beloved vehicles. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the stories and history behind many of the cars on display,” he said.
“My thanks to Mal for the kind invitation, and also to the team from Paul Sartori Foundation who were fundraising at the event and supporting such an important local cause.”
The timetable of Classic Car Shows continues for 2026, with each show on the last Thursday of the month at 4pm, as follows: May 28: The Plough Inn, Sageston; June 25: Cresselly Arms; July 30: Cresselly Arms; August 27: The Plough Inn, Sageston; September 24: Cresselly Arms. Pembrokeshire Classic Car Club’s highly anticipated Annual Show will take place on the June 6 at Carew Airfield, featuring vintage vehicles, local crafts, car boot, autojumble, entertainment and family fun. More about the event will be published here soon.
