THIS weekend, Neyland Carnival Committee invite you to join them as they crown this year’s carnival prince and princess along with two attendants, ready for the big day.

The celebration will take place at Neyland Community Hub on Sunday, May 17, from 1pm to 4pm.

There will also be a raffle on the day, with lots of different prizes, one being an afternoon tea for two.

So, why not go along, show your support, and celebrate the crowning of Neyland’s carnival royalty in stye?

Neyland Carnival is one of the biggest community events in the area, bringing together up to 2,000 people for a full day of parade, entertainment, food and live music.

Last year the carnival welcomed Wales’ First Minister and local MP Henry Tufnell, highlighting the importance of the event to the local community. This year’s carnival day is Saturday, July 11.

The support of sponsors and volunteers each year helps to keep this fantastic community event running and growing.
