Members of St. Mary's Church, Tenby, voted to send £1,000 to help starving families cope with the recent cyclone in Burma. The Rector, Rev. Andrew Davies, said: "Christians must always help in situations like this as Jesus expected of us. This is particularly true of the present feast of Pentecost when the disciples realised their mission was to everyone in the wider world." The money has already been sent from church funds to Christian Aid who are organising help in the stricken country.
