Members of Saundersfoot Caring Association met recently at the village's Gower Hotel, for their ‘Christmas Lunch in January’ and as always, the welcome and the meal that followed was wonderful.

Chair Rosemary opened the event by wishing them a Happy and Healthy Year ahead, and following an emotive grace from Reverend Michael Butler everyone enjoyed a truly delicious meal, and a bumper raffle.

Rosemary thanked Karen and her son Alex for all the work they had put in to make the occasion so enjoyable, and in turn, she and Treasurer Sue were thanked by Georgina on behalf of the members for their work during the year keeping the Association running smoothly and presented with bouquets of roses.

The next Coffee Morning will be on Monday, February 13 in the Regency Hall.

The latter is not solely for members of the Association but is open to anyone who would care join them, and a warm welcome is assured.
