A Christmas Bazaar, organised by the Pembrokeshire Women's Section of the Royal British Legion, was held at St. Davids Church Hall in Prendergast, and was opened by the Mayoress of Haverfordwest, Mrs. Shirley Thomas. There were stalls by Narberth, Pembroke Dock, St. Davids, Milford Haven and Haverfordwest. Over £650 was raised towards the Golden Purse Fund, which will be presented by Pembrokeshire at the National Conference in April 2008 in Blackpool.
