TWO Cardiff workers will be up bright and early tomorrow (Saturday) morning, as they embark on a charity bike ride all the way from the Welsh capital to Tenby. Andi Jones and Mark Carter, who both work for Set Stationery, are making the journey in aid of Diabetes Wales. "We're setting off from Cardiff at 5 am and hope to make it to Tenby by around 7 pm, when members of the Diabetes Research Association are due to meet us in Tenby House Hotel," explained Andi. Both men chose to take on the sponsored cycle challenge for the charity, as a couple of work colleagues have family members who suffer from the disease. "Although neither of us have really trained for such a mammoth journey, we thought we'd give it a go for such a good cause and hopefully raise some money along the way without picking up too many aches and pains," added Andi.
