A 36-year-old man accused of three assault charges had the case against him dismissed this week.
At Tenby magistrates court on Tuesday, crown prosecutor, Mr. Tim Roberts, offered no evidence in respect of the allegations against Stephen Robert Bradley, of Holborn Farm, Holborn Corner, Pentlepoir, and asked for the matters to be withdrawn.
Bradley had been accused of three counts of assaulting Donna Bradley, which he had denied at a previous hearing.
Mr. Roberts told the bench that the allegations arose out of a "domestic scenario" and it was not in the public interest for the case to run to trial.
"It is a matter the two parties should be sorting out themselves," he said.
