DON’T FEAR CARBS

Some folk think we need zero carbs to be lean, but who doesn’t love rice, pasta, bagels or noodles? Getting carbs in our bodies after training helps us to recover. We should enjoy them and see them as a reward.

We may find certain food makes us feel like we’re having a food baby, in which case eliminate them from your diet. Never eat food that drains you of energy. Eat food that makes you feel awesome.
