Sir,
The media interest in the 90th anniversary of the end of World War One in 1918, has set me thinking about my own family involvement.
My father, Frederick Thomas, was born in Tenby and he and his five brothers had the unusual distinction of all serving in that war and all returning.
There were eight children in the family, two girls and the boys Frederick, Reginald, Rupert, Edgar, Thomas and Raymond.
If anyone could give me any information about the family or could point me in the direction for me to do my own research, I would be very appreciative.
David Thomas,
27 Edgeley Road,
Countesthorpe,
Leicester.
