Last year's event raised £15,000 for the Macmillian Cancer Relief, Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis, Leukaemia, Diabetes Wales, Air Ambulance Wales, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Cancer Research, Crossroads, Latch, NSPCC, Barnardos and the RNLI. But if the charity you support doesn't appear above, then you can nominate who you would like to receive your sponsorship.
Paddy McNamara, managing director at Oakwood, said of the event: "It is a fun event for Oakwood to sponsor. The nice thing for those that take part is they can choose which charity they wish their sponsorship to go towards."
