With regard to the Tenby 24/7 TV programmes shown recently, I would like to point out to readers that the wedding cake, featured in episodes one and two, was not late.

I delivered the cake to the hotel just before the wedding ceremony was due to take place in nearby St. Florence. This ensures that should guests be staying at the hotel, they would not have the posssibility of seeing it before the bride and groom.

When the wedding party arrived at the hotel, the cake had been there for between two and two-and-half-hours. Hardly late!

I am pleased to say that the bride and groom were absolutely delighted with the service I had provided and my first obligation was indeed to them and not a film crew.
