It looks as if 2012 is going to be another very busy year for Tenby Male Choir. The programme for 2012 is full and varied, with the choir singing in various venues, including St. Mary's, St. Johns, Manorbier Castle and Brecon Cathedral, to name but a few.

Since October, the choir has been busy learning several new songs which will be included in a revamped repertoire. Indeed, if anyone is interested in singing in the choir, now would be an ideal time to join.

They rehearse on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Tenby and County Club on the Croft - it's a great organisation to be part of, so why not go along and see what goes on.

They are proud of their record of fundraising for various charities and organisations - over the last two years they have raised in excess of £33,000 - no mean feat! Even this week, chairman, Terry Evans, accompanied by Eric Mullins and David Blackmore, presented Andrew Davies and Dr. John Harrison with a cheque for £200 in aid of the St. Mary's organ fund.

Looking ahead, the new season will start on March 1, St. David's Day, with a concert at St. Johns and on Saturday, March 31, they will be joined by the Australian Welsh choir for a joint concert at St. Mary's. For further information, please visit the choir's website.
