Tenby Girls had all three teams playing this week in round six of the Pembs. Girls' Astoturf Football League at Bush School.

The Under 11s played Pennar, Goodwick and Johnston.

Jade Rowell kept goal bravely for Tenby, with Safiya Rooney and Georgia Poole playing well in defence. Chloe Wilson, Dazy Lloyd and Ella Furlong contributed well to the team's performance, while Ricky Glasscoe was on top form, scoring six goals for the side.

Despite dropping three points against Johnston, Tenby remain top of the table.

The Under 13s had players unavailable, so several Under 11s stepped up, playing games back-to-back. Safiya Rooney played in goal, with Georgia Poole and Jess Webb defending well. Christina Smith worked well with Holly Furlong, in the matches she played, with Ricky Glasscoe chasing everything up front. Jade Rowell and Dazy Lloyd helped out, but by the time they met Burton, most of the girls were on their sixth match and had run out of steam.

The Under 16s side had to play with a player short, but despite this, everyone gave 100 per cent. A special mention must be made of Jess Webb and Christina Smith, who played six games in all to help out the side. Lori Amos put on another good performance in goal, especially in the Burton match. Ozzy covered a lot of ground up front, while Darcy Escott and Sophie Izzard worked hard in midfield.
