2420 Squadron Whitland and District Air Training Corps recently held two events in order to raise funds.
One was their first ever car wash. The day was very successful despite the miserable weather conditions, raising £215. Many thanks go to all who took part, also Jason, the store manager at Halfords in Haverfordwest, for their donation of car wash products to get them started.
The squadron also held a very successful Christmas raffle, raising £360.
Again, many thanks go to all who helped, especially the local businesses and individuals in the locality who donated a total of 26 prizes.
