Tenby Round Table have been praised by the town’s Deputy Mayor after another successful ‘beer festival’ for the resort.
Speaking at Tuesday night’s meeting of Tenby town council, Deputy Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Christine Brown said that it was another ‘brilliant’ event held at the town’s De Valence Pavilion.
“There are so few Round Tablers now, so it was a lot of hard work for them all, but it was a marvellous weekend for them and I’m pleased that all their hard work paid off,” she commented.
The event now in its 6th year, organised and run entirely by volunteers, has become a permanent fixture to the charity organisation’s programme of events throughout the year.
Members of Tenby Round Table especially wanted to give their thanks to volunteers from Valero who were invaluable on both days and local volunteers for helping to keep the bar running smoothly.
