A 53-year-old man agreed to be bound over by magistrates this week.

The court sitting in Tenby on Tuesday heard how David John Gillard was involved in a dispute with the complainant who had been visiting the area last June and had been residing in the property next to Mr. Gillard.

Fifty-three-year-old Mr. Gillard, of Abystree Crych, Robeston Wathen, was bound over in the sum of £50 for six months.

The initial summons of racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress was subsequently dismissed by the prosecution.
