A great deal has been said about Preseli MP Mr. Stephen Crabb in the last few weeks, but there are other sides to people in the limelight.

Today (Friday, December 9), my wife and I were present when Mr. Crabb was giving out well-earned certificates to students at Mencap Gardens, Stackpole, near Pembroke; this day and event had been in his diary for months, so I was told.

He spoke and listened to a number of the students and you could see and hear that the words spoken came from his heart and he really enjoyed this day.

This was a huge day for all these students, and all the staff who work so well and hard to give their help and support to well-needed people.

I say well done everybody who supports and gives their time to Mencap.
