Sir, Could we please have a statement from the council about the extent of their planning for public toilets in Tenby. It is not a welcoming place for those of us who live in wheelchairs, especially as during our tour of the town it is at the back of our mind that in emergency we can choose the use of toilets at Butts Field or Salterns, should they be suitably equipped to cope with us. I am sure that some kind person will lend the council a wheelchair for them to use and try the town toilets. Should the council put my plea into the waste bin, I trust the Pembrokeshire disability groups ask 'Why'.

Ivor Jenkins,
