Eleven adults, assisted by one child and one quadbike, carried out a highly successful beach cleaning session with the Amroth and District Coast Care Group on Sunday.

In beautiful weather (yes, honestly) they collected 23 bags of litter, along with numerous bulky items such as pipes, ropes, nets, trays and a giant gas canister, from the beaches at Amroth and Telpyn.

The group's next session is scheduled for January 15. Meet opposite the Cartwheel Restaurant, Amroth, at 2 pm. New volunteers welcome.
