Good news - it seems we will at last have affordable houses built in Saundersfoot. As I understand it, plans have already been drawn up for the Valley Road coach park site. The coach park is, of course, the old coal tip, but bore holes have tested the ground and development should begin. I hope the piles of such will be long enough to ensure safety (to stop any movement of the old tip site). The cost will be quite a bit, but it's for a good cause! Well done to all concerned!
