Sir,

We came to Tenby this summer to stay in a self-catering apartment within the walls of the town. We had our own car-parking space and were really looking forward to our holiday on the eight-hour journey from Suffolk.

Imagine our anger when, after a long and stressful drive with children, we were not allowed to drive to our flat! We had to unload children, bags, food etc. and get on a bus! This is no way to treat holidaymakers.

While we were in Tenby we often wanted to visit nearby towns, Pembroke, Manobier etc. However, we were not allowed out with our car! What a crazy situation.

On the last day of our holiday we had to change all our plans in order to leave early in the morning rather than at lunchtime, so we missed a day of our holiday.

I do not think we shall be coming to Tenby again.
