The chairperson and members of the Tenby and Pembrokeshire Branch of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association wish to extend sincere gratitude to Carew Methodist Youth Club for the wonderful fund-raising evening held during the club meeting on Friday.
The various stalls and competitions were well supported by club members, family and friends and raised the magnificent sum of £250.
Branch secretary, Eva Rich, who was accompanied by her guide dog Angie, thanked everyone involved with the event for all their hard work and Carew Methodist Youth Club for their continued support over many years, advising that the money raised would help towards the training of more guide dogs providing visually impaired people with mobility and independence in safety.
