Tenby RNLI crew members launched into action on Saturday afternoon following reports of two climbers in trouble.
All-weather lifeboat the Haydn Miller was launched shortly before 3 pm (June 3) following a report that two climbers had become tangled and were in trouble at Morfa Bychan, 8 miles north-east of Tenby.
As the volunteer crew were nearing the scene, it was confirmed that the two climbers had managed to untangle themselves and were now safely at the top of the cliff.
The lifeboat was stood down to return to station, arriving at 3.20 pm.
