Tenby RNLI’s volunteer crew raced into action to save a person cut-off by the incoming tide in the seaside town.

Tenby's inshore lifeboat the Kathleen Ann was launched at 4.15pm on Sunday, March 10, following a report that somebody was cut off by the incoming tide at 1st Point, Tenby.

The crew were on the scene in minutes and quickly located the casualty, who was taken aboard the lifeboat, before being landed at Castle Beach.

The lifeboat then re-housed at 4.40pm.
