Dyfed-Powys Police are appealing for help in finding 44-year-old Michael, reported missing from their home in Fishguard.

Michael is described as about 5ft 8inches tall with short brown hair and tattoos around both wrists. He was last seen wearing dark blue jeans, black trainers, and a grey adidas jumper.

Michael was reported missing on Tuesday, May 19 but hasn't been heard from since Sunday, May 17.

He has links to the Rhondda and Cardiff areas and may be using the train network to travel.
