An arrest warrant has been issued for a female motorist accused of driving whilst disqualified in Stepaside who failed to attend a court hearing in Haverfordwest this week.
Thirty-one-year-old Alisha Barnes, of Mellon Street, Newport, was scheduled to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with driving her Rover car whilst disqualified on the A477 in Stepaside; and using a motor vehicle on a road without third parry insurance; after being stopped by police officers on August 5,
