A Tenby man is set to appear at Swansea Crown Court today (Friday) for breaching a suspended sentence and stealing items from a service station.
Thirty-seven-year-old Aaron Wesley Gaughan, of Knowling Mead, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court, on Tuesday, to plead guilty to a charge of stealing groceries to the value of £9.07 from Bush Hill Service Station, in Pembroke on June 11.
Magistrates elected to transfer the matter to Swansea Crown Court, as the defendant was due to be sentenced there on Friday on a further matter.
He was released on unconditional bail.
