The race numbers and timing chips for this year's Tenby 10k event, kindly sponsored by Bluestone, have started going out this week.

To save yourself some money and time, since you'll get everything you need for the race in the race pack, you can download an entry form from http://www.tenby10k.org.uk">www.tenby10k.org.uk.

"We have seen lots of runners out training on the route, so please note that the route is slightly changed this year," said one of the organisers Ann Rowell.

"When you come up to the top of Narberth Road, you'll go straight down the Maudlins to the Green and the start is outside Barclays Bank," she explained.
