It was all good practice for the forthcoming 2025 National Redwing Championships in Tenby to be held from August 23rd to the 29th. Following that there are three more races this season to complete the Redwing Series.

Three crews raced on Saturday.

Julian Cumpsty reports: “Conditions were beautiful, best race this year, enjoyed by all.

“Tide was in. A fresh SE wind to begin, and a big swell meant planing conditions and a nice beat from Waterwynch to the Eastern mark, then heading into the sun for the gybe around the Harbour mark.
