EIGHT crews enjoyed the dinghy racing at Tenby Sailing Club on Tuesday, 10 June with Peter Rose as Principal Race Officer setting the course to give 45 minutes of competitive sailing.

Peter Randles set the course for four crews to enjoy the afternoons racing on Saturday.

Six Redwings made the most of better weather on Sunday after disappointment on Thursday when racing was postponed.

The Redwing Inland National Championship 2025 is being run by Tenby Sailing Club at Llys Y Fran reservoir on 21-22 June.

The Sou’westerly force 4/5 produced excellent conditions for The Alpaca Lypse annual Passage race from Pembroke Haven Yacht Club to Tenby on Saturday.

Division 1: 1, Partisan; 2, Miss Tiggywinkle; 3, Shotgun 6; 4, Windsong; 5, Red 5; 6, Maverick; 7, Eluned.

Division 2: 1, Sea Otter; 2, Acerra; 3, Klipspringer.

Swansea Yacht Club also held a race to Tenby on Saturday.

The winning yacht was Stripe 3, followed by Sorrento.

Tom Eyre presented the prizes for both races in the clubhouse in the evening.

The return race to PHYC began in calm conditions on Sunday morning. Partisan triumphed again, 2, Miss Tiggywinkle. 3, Shotgun 6. 4, Red 5. Division 2: Sea Otter.

The Swansea yacht Sorrento and the Neyland yacht Klipspringer were sailed by all-girl crews.
