Tenby Aces take on 10 Mile 'Time Trial'

Last week saw the last in the Brawdy 10 mile Time Trial for the season organised by Pembrokeshire Velos.

Tenby Aces had Claire Thomas, Karen John, Colin Barrett, Mat Hooper, Gareth Rees and Russel Clarke all competing. Well done to all members who took part over the season.

Well done also goes to Ceire Merrison, Claire Thomas and Will Lewis on great swims on Sunday at the Swansea Sharks 3km Open Water Swim. Ceire came 1st in her age group in 1hr 2, Claire in 1hr 9 and Will in 1hr 31. So great to have Will back to racing.

Last weekend Tracy Thomas and Stephanie Waring took on the Cerrig Las 8 mile Race in the Preselis. Tracey coming 1st in her age group.
