Very well done to the following Aces on their Ironman Wales performances, who did themselves and the Club proud...
18 year old Harry Malone did brilliantly, especially after a fall off his bike in Lamphey and scraping his hands - finishing in 14:49 with a sprint down the finishing shute like he’d just started!
Also special mention to Paul Slack (13.09) who has now completed all 11 Ironman Wales events.
The following Aces finished:
Jeyda Aykut 13:23; Nikki Thomas 15:37; Al Smíth 10:26; Scott Jones Malson 10:30; Bill Connor 12:45; David Kent 13:05; Jamie Silvester 13:22; Colin Barrett 13:39; Matt Hooper 13:51; Steve Amos 13:55; Andrew Pearce 13:56; Georgie Fear 14:29; Calum Serafini 14:31; David Poole 14:41; Reggie Bevan 14:49; Gareth Huw Rees 14:54; David Lloyd-Jones 14:54; Darren Ford 15:12; Andy Adamson 16:27.
There were four members who sadly did not finish and are wished all the best by their fellow Aces - Donna Reed, Tony Guymer, Jim Reynolds and Ian Warne.
Also well done to all who manned feed stations and worked in transition.
