DART 10KM RIVER SWIM – Ceire Merrison, Tracey Thomas, Nicola Coates and David Poole. Starting in Totnes swimming downstream to the village of Dittesham.
CYCLE DERBY 80KM SPORTIVE: Wayne Diggy Duignan Jude Bird Duignan and Gracie Davies taking on this tough ride starting in Markeaton Park, North Derbyshire taking in some serious hills in the Peak District.
RICHMOND RUNFEST HALF MARATHON - Zoe McBeth and Chris McBeth took on this challenge with the route running through Kew Gardens & along the Thamas River Path

Tuesday - Route 1: (Pembroke loop) Lydstep, Hodgeston, Lamphey, Lower Lamphey Road, Pembroke Castle, Upper Lamphey Road, Lamphey, Hodgeston, Jameston, Lydstep, Tenby (approx 21.5 miles). Sweepers Dave Poole and Tracey Thomas
Thursday - Route 76: (Last evening ride ): TLC, Manorbier, Manorbier station, Ridgeway to Coal Lane, Dingle, DD, New Hedges, Narberth road, Tenby harbour, tour of Tenby, TLC (approx 17 miles). No sweepers - we will all ride together
We have three groups - with a sweeper led social group with the intent that no-one gets left behind and all get a ride to suit their abilities.
Helmets to be worn and front and rear lights advisable. All rides leave Tenby Leisure centre car park at 6 pm.
