Well done to Jason Hitchen competing in The Roc triathlon in Abersoch - 1500m swim, 50km bike, 12km run (up and down MT Snowdon) 50km bike and a final 1km beach run!

Ceire Merrison and Will Lewis on their 3km swim today in Llys y Fran for the Swim Wales Challenge Series; and Kate and Ella Mathias in the Newport Sprint Triathlon.
